SunPower is seeking a bright, self-motivated individual to join our Commercial & Industrial Solutions Team as a Solar Carport Project Design Manager. Across the country and the world, business leaders and property owners are working together with SunPower to convert open parking areas into small-scale power plants. These simple utilitarian structures generate clean electricity and provide covered, shaded parking. In recent years SunPower has partnered with everyone from small businesses to Apple and Google, community colleges and major universities, abandoned brownfields, and National Parks to create these incredible projects.  Candidates should have an architecture or engineering degree and 3-10 years of related work experience.  A strong preference is for candidates with previous solar or renewable energy experience, but anyone with a proven track record of strong graphic communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt to changing conditions will be considered.
